PG Paper Guidelines

  • Registration of first author for this conference is mandatory.
  • Abstract should not be more than 300 words
  • Abstract should be in MS word, Time new roman font and font size 12 pt.
  • Paper Structure should be under the following heading –
    1. Title    2. Background    3. Aim    4. Material    5. Methods    6. Result    7. Conclusion.
  • Time duration should be 8 minutes (6 Minutes presentation & 2 Minutes Q&A)
  • Title and Presenting Author's name should be written at the top of the Paper
  • Qualifications of the presenting author, affiliations, Names of guides/ co-guides and institution logos are not allowed to send with paper.
  • Bonafide certificate from the HOD of the department should be attached with the abstract.
  • Deadline for submission is 15th August, 2025.

E-Poster Guidelines

  • Registration of first author for this conference is mandatory.
  • File format should be PowerPoint (.PPT/.PPTX)
  • Total size of the presentation should not exceed 5MB
  • 1 slide per poster
  • Animations/sounds/videos should not be used
  • Title and Presenting Author's name should be written at the top of the Poster.
  • A passport size photograph of the presenter should be included in the presentation.
  • Qualifications of the presenting author, affiliations, Names of guides/ co-guides and institution logos are not allowed to be printed on the poster.
  • The study may be presented under the following headings:
    1. Aims    2. Objectives    3. Materials    4. Methods    5. Results    6. Discussion    7. Conclusion    8. References.
  • Poster should be in MS power point; time new roman font and font size 12 pt.
  • Screens provided ratio will be 16:9 and the size will be approximately 48X30 inches.
  • Bonafide certificate from the HOD of the department should be attached with the abstract.
  • Deadline for submission is 15th August, 2025.
